A THIRD STATE CHAMPIONSHIP for Nedra Richardson. Nedra won the 200m with a time of 24.5 on Saturday at the AHSAA State track meet.

Congratulations to the Demopolis Tiger Softball team. They are 5A Area 7 champions with a dramatic 2-1 win in the championship game of the area tournament. They will play in Montgomery at the Regional tournament beginning next Wednesday.
